Plastic bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical packaging for modern cosmetic formulations, which facilitates hygienic and even dispensing of thicker emulsions and creams. Thanks to the functional pump mechanism, it is suitable for filling products where a controlled amount per single press and minimized contact of the contents with air is important. The packaging is designed to reliably protect the texture, consistency and stability of cosmetic preparations throughout the entire period of use.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and dispenser, which has been created on Handymade to be practical both during filling and during everyday use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use, we recommend cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then thoroughly disinfecting them in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the cosmetic product. For disinfection you can use suitable alcoholic preparations, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After treatment, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then fill the packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene rules are followed, especially within your own home or artisanal production. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% plant-based ethanol. Only after all parts are completely dry do we recommend refilling the packaging, in order to maintain the stability and safety of your cosmetics.
For thicker creams we recommend filling the bottle gradually, without trapping air bubbles, so that the dispensing mechanism can be primed more easily and operate smoothly. After filling and closing, press the pump several times until the product is “drawn” into the dispenser. During everyday use, press the pump smoothly and without abrupt movements, which will allow you to achieve an even and repeatable amount with each dispensing.
When choosing packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently combine several criteria at once – for example the type and neck diameter, packaging size, colour or material. Thanks to this you will quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars, pumps or sprayers that will suit your specific product and the desired design.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with dispenser, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. Ideally, it is advisable to separate the individual parts (bottle body and dispenser) and put them into the appropriate container according to the local rules for plastic recycling. By recycling the packaging, you will reduce the volume of municipal waste and contribute to more efficient use of resources.
