The plastic bottle with black spray pump is a practical container suitable for dispensing various liquid blends in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional sprayer, it is ideal for preparing and storing cosmetic and household preparations that require even application to the skin, hair or a surface.
The spray mechanism ensures comfortable and controlled dosing, helping to reduce product consumption and increase user comfort. The opaque design of the container contributes to better protection of light-sensitive formulas against external influences and prolongs the stability of active ingredients.
This bottle with sprayer provides a comprehensive packaging and dosing solution for a wide range of liquid preparations. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (seal integrity, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation).
The technical data of the packaging, as well as information on the materials used and suitable conditions of use, can always be found for the specific product. All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the container and the spray mechanism. It is advisable to use alcohol-based disinfectants, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and it is important to let all parts dry completely after treatment.
The container should first be rinsed mechanically with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild cleaning agent, then rinsed several times with clean water. We then recommend disinfecting with alcohol – for example, rinsing the inside of the bottle, the dip tube and the spray head with a solution of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After treatment, allow all parts to dry completely to minimise the risk of microbial growth in the next formulation.
The spray bottle is particularly suitable for low-viscosity to moderately fluid preparations that are intended to be applied as a spray. These include, for example, facial and body toners, floral waters, air fresheners, hair sprays, light cleaning solutions or hand sanitising sprays. For thicker emulsions and gels, the spray mechanism may not be optimal – in such a case it is advisable to consider another form of dispensing, such as a pump.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. Before placing it in a separate collection bin, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse out any product residues. Place the container itself in the appropriate plastics bin according to the recycling symbol indicated with the product. If the packaging has contained specific chemical or highly concentrated blends, also follow the recommendations of the manufacturers of these preparations and local waste management regulations.
