The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging material for the fine dispersion of cosmetic and technical formulations in the form of a mist. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, lightweight body and functional spraying mechanism, it is suitable for everyday use in households, salons and small-scale artisan production. The packaging is designed to allow comfortable application of products directly to the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles, depending on the type of fill.
The sprayer ensures even dosing in smaller amounts, which makes the bottle suitable for products where control of consumption and targeted application are important. The rigid plastic body helps protect the contents from external influences and, with proper handling, also allows repeated refilling. The combination of bottle and sprayer creates a universal and reliable packaging for various types of liquid preparations.
This bottle is supplied together with a functional sprayer, and the whole forms a ready-made combination of packaging and dispensing system. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
As this is a plastic packaging made of PET material, it is not suitable to expose it to high temperatures. In the case of excessive heating there is a risk of deformation of the bottle as well as impairment of the sprayer functionality. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning we recommend gentle manual washing with lukewarm water followed by disinfection with a suitable product according to the type of fill.
The bottle can be reused provided hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and rinse the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based, and allow it to dry completely. With repeated use, we also recommend monitoring the condition of the sprayer – if functionality decreases or mechanical wear occurs, it is advisable to replace it.
We recommend storing the bottle in an upright position, in a dry and clean place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures for long periods, so avoid storage above heat sources, in closed cars during hot days or near heat-generating appliances. Storage conditions must always be adapted to the nature of the product you keep in the bottle.
If you want to keep the sprayer in good condition, we recommend flushing the system after using thicker or more demanding formulations. Simply fill the bottle with clean water or a suitable diluent compatible with your product and spray several times until the nozzle is cleaned through. Avoid mechanically piercing the opening with sharp objects, which could permanently damage the nozzle. In the case of permanently reduced performance, it is more effective to replace the sprayer with a new one.

Using the filter, you can conveniently narrow down your selection according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material, and thus quickly find the bottle, dropper bottle, jar or closure that best matches the properties of your product and the intended method of dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing of any remaining contents, placing it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The PET bottle body is in most cases placed in the container designated for plastic waste, and it is advisable to separate any components made of other materials where possible. By following local recycling rules, you support efficient processing of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
