The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging solution for cosmetic as well as technical applications where precise and hygienic dosing of the product in the form of a fine mist is important. High‑quality glass combined with a functional sprayer is suitable for packaging various liquids that require even application to the skin, hair or a surface. Thanks to the dark, glossy glass finish, the contents are protected from light exposure, which helps maintain the stability of sensitive components.
This packaging is designed to be practical to use, easy to refill and suitable also for smaller product batches, testers or samples. The sturdy glass helps protect formulations from external influences and, in combination with a properly selected sprayer, allows controlled dosing without unnecessary wastage of the contents.
This glass bottle with spray pump is part of a tested combination of packaging and dosing component directly on Handymade. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after it is completely dry should you refill the bottle with the chosen product.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with cosmetics. Then rinse it thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, disinfect the inner surface of the packaging and the parts of the sprayer that come into contact with the product with an alcohol solution (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). We recommend pumping the sprayer several times with the disinfectant solution and then allowing all parts to dry thoroughly.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for products that are applied as a fine mist in a small amount – for example facial and body sprays, toners, hydrolats, hair sprays, aromatherapeutic blends for the body or textiles and disinfectant solutions for hands or surfaces. Thanks to the dark glass, it is also suitable for formulations containing light‑sensitive components where protection from light is important.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it and removing any remaining product. The glass part can, after rinsing, be placed in sorted waste according to local rules for glass recycling. The plastic sprayer and any other plastic components should be separated from the bottle and sorted according to local guidelines for plastic waste. Always adapt the exact sorting method to the information in the product parameter table and to the local recycling rules in your municipality or city.
Glass is generally a stable and resistant material suitable also for formulations containing alcohol or essential oils. When producing your own products, we always recommend making a trial filling in a smaller amount and monitoring the behaviour of the packaging, the functionality of the sprayer and the stability of the formulation over time. In this way you can verify whether the combination of the specific product and the chosen packaging is ideal for your use.
