Square glass bottle with a practical dropper and screw cap provides a reliable type of packaging for precise dosing of liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as in laboratory practice. Thanks to the high-quality glass and dropper system, it is suitable for filling products where controlled application, stability of the contents and the professional appearance of the final product are important.
This type of packaging is appreciated by manufacturers of serums, active concentrates, oil blends and other preparations where hygienic and economical drop-by-drop dosing is required. The smooth surface of the bottle also allows easy labelling and integration into the brand’s own design line.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, this type of glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and is suitable for refilling.
The bottle with dropper is ideal for products that require precise dosing in small quantities – for example intensive facial serums, oil concentrates, care drops for the skin, concentrated aromatic blends or additional active ingredients added to creams just before use. The dropper system helps to save raw materials and increases the comfort and safety of application for the end user.
Before first use as well as for repeated filling we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, then rinsing it thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain. After drying it is advisable to disinfect the inner space and the surface that comes into contact with the product with alcohol – particularly effective are IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has evaporated is the bottle ready for filling.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass container usually only needs to be emptied, possibly rinsed from product residues and placed in the appropriate container for sorted waste intended for the given type of glass. The cap and dropper are usually made of another material (for example plastic, rubber or a combination), so separate them and sort them according to local waste sorting rules. In this way you support the recycling process and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
