The aluminum bottle with silver cap is a lightweight, durable and professional-looking packaging suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous products. The compact metal bottle is ideal for safely packaging formulations where protection from external influences, convenient handling and the aesthetic appearance of the final product are important. Thanks to the high-quality aluminum body and the precise screw cap, this packaging helps minimize the risk of leakage of the contents and increases the professional value of your products.
Aluminum bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, always while observing basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the cap and then disinfecting them, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the usability of your formulations.
The aluminum bottle with screw cap is ideal for various liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic preparations, such as facial and hair tonics, serums, body and massage oils or aromatherapeutic compositions. Always adapt the suitability to the specific formulation – for highly acidic, alkaline or specifically reactive blends, we recommend performing a small stability test of the contents in contact with the packaging before filling.
After emptying, we recommend mechanically removing any product residues, rinsing the bottle thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent and clean water, and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner space and the cap with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging can once again be safely used for further filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, handing it over to sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Aluminum bottles are generally classified as metal waste, and it is advisable to remove any plastic or combined parts of the closure, if possible. By following local recycling rules you help ensure the efficient recovery of the packaging material.
