Only after complete drying is it appropriate to refill the packaging. When changing the type of product (for example from cosmetics to cleaning preparations), always perform your own compatibility test and assess whether repeated use is suitable in the given case.

First, rinse the bottle and the dispenser mechanically with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse the components with clean water, allow them to drain and dry. After drying, it is appropriate to disinfect the surfaces with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For the dispenser, we recommend pressing the mechanism several times so that the disinfectant solution passes through the entire internal pathway. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for new filling.

Before introducing the packaging into regular production, we recommend preparing a test batch and filling the bottle with the final formula in the planned volume. Then observe the behaviour of the product and the packaging over several weeks under real storage conditions (temperature, light, handling). Focus on the condition of the bottle surface, the functionality of the dispenser, any changes in the consistency, colour or scent of the product and the occurrence of leaks. It is also important to verify whether the dispenser does not clog and whether it dispenses a stable amount of product. Only after a successful test is it appropriate to include the packaging in regular production.
