Aluminium bottle with white spray pump and glossy silver collar is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for filling various cosmetic and household preparations in liquid form. The rigid aluminium body in combination with a fine spray pump enables convenient and controlled application, which will be especially appreciated by manufacturers of facial toners, air fresheners or hair care products. Thanks to the opaque metal surface, the contents are protected from light, which contributes to the stability of sensitive ingredients and extends the overall shelf life of the formulation. This type of bottle is also suitable for smaller batches of artisanal production, test batches and products intended for presentation or sale.
This bottle is supplied directly with a spray pump, with the container and closure forming a functional, coordinated unit. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your particular product will be long-term stable in the packaging and comfortable for the user to handle.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready to be refilled.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the selected category, the option of detailed filtering appears at the top of the page, where you can sort the packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly find a bottle, vial, jar or other container that corresponds to your formulation and your design concept.
The aluminium bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid products intended to be sprayed in a fine mist or gentle stream. In practice, it is used mainly for facial and body toners, hydrating mists, hair sprays, floral waters, home perfumes, fabric sprays or products designed to freshen the air. However, suitability for a specific formulation must always be verified by your own testing of stability and compatibility with the packaging.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the container with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing with clean water and allowing it to drain. It is then advisable to disinfect the container and spray pump with an alcohol solution, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After thorough evaporation of the alcohol and drying of all parts, the packaging can be refilled. When changing the type of product (for example from a cosmetic product to a cleaning agent), always take into account any possible residues of fragrance or colourant.
If you do not wish to continue reusing the bottle, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you recycle it according to the type of material given in the parameter table for the product. The aluminium body normally belongs in the separate collection of metal packaging, while the plastic parts of the spray pump are recycled according to local plastic sorting rules. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to separate the individual components (bottle, spray pump) and remove any remaining contents so that the material can be reprocessed as efficiently as possible.
The character of the spray (fine mist, fuller stream) depends on the type of spray head and the viscosity of the formulation used. If you need a different method of dosing, it is recommended to look in the range of packaging and closures for alternative spray pumps or another type of closure that corresponds to the intended use. For some spray pumps, the dip tube can be shortened with sharp scissors according to the height of the specific bottle – however, make sure that it remains long enough to draw the contents from the very bottom of the container.
