The aluminum bottle with white spray pump and shiny gold collar ring represents an elegant and practical packaging for liquid products where fine and even dispersion is important. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality aluminum container and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for cosmetic formulations as well as professional craft use, where emphasis is placed on protection of the contents and convenient application. This type of small bottle enables safe packaging of preparations that require protected storage and precise dosing in the form of a spray.
This product represents a combination of bottle and spray pump, designed as a functional unit for convenient dosing in the form of a spray. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of optimal performance with your specific product.

The aluminum bottle with spray pump is often used also for natural cosmetics, but for formulations with essential oils it is always necessary to perform your own compatibility test. We recommend preparing a smaller trial quantity, monitoring the behavior of the packaging and the spray pump (sealing, functionality, changes on the surface) and only then proceeding to filling a larger volume. The suitability of the packaging depends on the specific composition and the concentration of the individual components.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before first use and with every subsequent filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Alcohol-based disinfection is most commonly used – for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After rinsing and disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely and only then fill with the finished product.
The spray pump is designed primarily for low to medium viscosity liquids for which fine atomization is required. With thicker emulsions, gels or oil blends, suction may be impaired and dosing may become uneven. Before final filling, we recommend testing the behavior of the specific formulation in the packaging and, if necessary, choosing a more suitable type of dosing, for example a pump or another form of applicator.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the material types stated in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the aluminum part of the bottle into sorted collection of metal packaging according to local waste management rules. The components of the spray pump consist of plastic and any metal parts, so we recommend separating them from the metal container and sorting them in accordance with local options for collection of plastic and small metal elements. Before handing over to sorted collection, check that no residues of hazardous or difficult-to-remove substances remain in the packaging.
