Aluminium bottle with transparent trigger sprayer represents a practical packaging for liquid preparations where even, fine and repeatable spraying is required. Thanks to the combination of a rigid aluminium body and an ergonomic trigger mechanism, it is suitable for professional and home use in cosmetics, body care, household care or small‑scale/craft production.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents while allowing comfortable application without the hands coming into contact with the full volume of the product. The well‑sealing sprayer helps to minimise leaks and ensures consistent distribution of the liquid in the form of a fine spray, which is ideal for products that require uniform application to a surface or to the skin.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional trigger sprayer that provides even dispersion of liquid in the form of a fine mist or spray. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, consistency and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, oils or active substances).

Yes, the packaging can be safely reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the sprayer to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and degradation of the new product. For disinfection you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example products available on Handymade in the packaging disinfection section, such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then fill them again.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for low‑viscosity liquids that need to be applied as a fine mist or an even spray – for example facial and body waters, hair tonics, aromatic and interior sprays or mild cleaning solutions. For thicker and oil‑based formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the sprayer’s flow to prevent clogging or uneven dosing.
We recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle after emptying it with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, then rinsing well with clean water so that no detergent residues remain inside. The trigger sprayer should be “sprayed through” several times with clean water, or with a weak alcohol solution, to flush the internal capillary. After mechanical cleaning, it is important to disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer – for example using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature, and only then assemble and refill them.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules and the recommendations given for the product in the parameter table. The aluminium bottle body is generally intended for sorting into metal waste, while the plastic sprayer belongs to the plastic fraction of the waste – before disposal it is advisable to separate the individual parts as much as possible. Before recycling, always check the material instructions in the product parameters so that you assign the packaging to the correct waste stream and thus support efficient processing and reuse of raw materials.
