The aluminum bottle with spray pump represents a practical and elegant solution for packaging various liquid preparations where a fine and even application in the form of a mist is required. Thanks to its metal body, the bottle is sufficiently durable, stable and suitable for longer-term use in both home and professional cosmetic production.
The container is ideal for liquid products that require hygienic and economical dosing using a spray pump. The aluminum body helps to better protect the contents from light compared to transparent packaging, thereby contributing to longer stability of appropriately formulated preparations.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional spray pump, and the aluminum body is designed to be compatible with selected types of closures and dispensing systems available in the Handymade range. When changing the type of closure, it is always necessary to choose components with the same neck type and to take into account the viscosity of the filled formulation.
The combinations of containers and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If you decide not to recycle the packaging through repeated use after it has reached the end of its service life, it is advisable to place it in sorted collection according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the product. By following the recommended method of recycling, you support efficient handling of packaging materials.
Yes, the container can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for refilling.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent and thoroughly removing all residues of the original product. It is then appropriate to rinse the container, including the dip tube of the spray pump, with a suitable alcoholic solution and allow it to air dry. It is practical to carry out disinfection using alcohol-based preparations, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, while it is important to ensure that no visible impurities or residues of cleaning agents remain in the container.
The spray pump is optimal for low-viscosity liquids that need to be applied as a fine spray. These include in particular facial and body toners, hydrating and refreshing sprays, hair lotions, light oil-based or hydroalcoholic blends and home or textile sprays. Thick emulsions, gels or preparations with a high content of solid particles may clog the spray pump, and for such formulations it is appropriate to choose a different type of dispensing.
If you decide not to use the bottle with spray pump any further, we recommend handing it over to sorted collection according to the material indicated in the product parameters. Before placing it in the respective container, it is advisable to empty the packaging, minimize any product residues and separate the individual parts if the collection system in your area requires this. Recycling symbols and the recommended sorting method can be found in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website, which makes it possible to assign the packaging to the correct recycling stream.
