The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and lightweight solution for packaging various liquid preparations where gentle and even dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional spray pump, the packaging is suitable for everyday use in households as well as in professional facilities where reliable and hygienic application of the product is required.
This type of packaging with mechanical spray pump is ideal for liquid products that are applied in a thin layer or as a mist – for example onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The compact shape of the bottle allows easy handling, convenient use while travelling and practical storage in cosmetic cases, bags or drawers.
This bottle with spray pump is designed as a functional combination of packaging and dosing element. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging also works reliably with your specific recipe.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and the bottle is suitable for the specific type of product. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using an appropriate alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Only after the packaging has completely dried is refilling recommended, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination.
It is advisable to disassemble the spray pump into its individual parts to the extent allowed by the design without using force. The inner tube and the spray head can be rinsed with warm water and then briefly sprayed through with a small amount of alcohol, which helps remove residues of oils or emulsions. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble them. A spray pump maintained in this way will retain smooth and even dosing over the long term.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity liquids intended to be applied as a fine spray. This includes facial and body cosmetics (hydrolats, toners, refreshing sprays), hair tonics, aromatherapeutic and room sprays or light care solutions. Thick emulsions or oil blends with high viscosity can reduce spraying comfort, therefore for such formulations it is advisable to test the functionality of dosing in advance.

Using the filter, you can easily narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. In this way, you can quickly find bottles, vials, jars or pots that best meet your product requirements as well as your preferred design.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any residues of the original contents. Then separate the bottle and the spray pump according to the material composition specified in the product parameters and follow the local rules for separated waste collection. Plastic parts usually belong in the container intended for the respective type of plastic. By sorting correctly, you enable the material to be further recycled and thereby reduce the environmental burden.
