The plastic bottle with a practical closure is a universal packaging suitable for precise dispensing of liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, it represents a reliable choice for manufacturers of home-made and professional cosmetics, laboratory solutions or technical mixtures, where cleanliness, protection of the contents and easy handling are important. The design of the packaging enables comfortable filling, storage and use in both smaller and larger production runs.
The bottle on its own is compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods according to the parameters selected in the offer – for example screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of filling, but always only with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle and then disinfect it with an appropriate alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for further use.
First, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with an appropriate detergent, making sure to remove all residues of the original product. Then it is advisable to rinse or spray the inner part of the packaging and the possible closure with disinfecting alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After the natural evaporation of the alcohol and complete drying, the packaging is ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend assigning it, after emptying and basic rinsing, to sorted waste according to the recycling symbol and the information stated in the product parameters. The packaging material needs to be placed in the appropriate collection container according to local waste-sorting rules (for example among plastics), thereby supporting its recycling and the re-use of raw materials. If the packaging is heavily contaminated by the contents, follow the local recommendations for the disposal of packaging from chemicals or cosmetics.

Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the offer according to several parameters, such as neck type, size, colour or material. In this way, you will quickly find the bottle, jar or other container that best corresponds to your product and the desired method of application.
When filling, it is important to work in the cleanest environment possible, to use suitable funnels or filling tools and not to exceed the recommended filling level, in order to maintain a reliable thread and seal of the closure. For storage, we recommend protecting the bottle from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures and always taking into account the stability of the specific formulation. Proper closure and suitable storage conditions help to extend the shelf life of the contents and minimize the risk of product deterioration.
