The plastic bottle with a matte white closure is a universal container suitable for professional and hobby packaging of liquid cosmetic products and technical solutions. The brown version helps to limit light penetration to the more sensitive contents, which is especially appreciated for formulations with increased susceptibility to degradation during storage. Thanks to the practical screw closure, the bottle is ready for safe filling, storage and transport.
The container made of durable plastic allows comfortable handling during everyday use and is designed to provide, with proper handling, reliable protection of the contents against contamination and accidental spillage. The appropriately chosen shape makes it easier to apply labels and to include it in product ranges of cosmetics or other liquid preparations.
The individual plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators), depending on the parameters chosen at purchase. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation.

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and the container is free from visible damage. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the prepared formulation.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or suitable filling tools to avoid contaminating the neck and thread. It is advisable to pour the contents at room temperature so as not to subject the plastic material to unnecessary stress. After filling, always check that the closure is properly tightened and store the bottle in an upright position, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, in order to maintain the stability of both contents and container.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material designation given in the product parameters and on the container itself. Before recycling, empty the container as much as possible, wipe off any residues and separate the bottle from the closure if they are made of different materials. Then place the bottle in the appropriate sorted-waste container according to local collection rules. In this way you reduce the amount of waste and enable further processing of the material.
For sensitive formulations, it is important to work in a clean environment, use disinfected tools and thoroughly clean and disinfect the container itself before filling. It is advisable to work with smaller batches and to check the contents regularly. The brown colouring of the bottle helps to limit light penetration, but for highly photosensitive components we recommend storing products also away from direct light, for example in closed cupboards or boxes.
