Is it possible to use this bottle with sprayer repeatedly?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially for the same or a similar type of formulation. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and also the spraying mechanism. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol‑based preparations, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely at room temperature and only then dose a new product.

How to correctly clean and prepare the bottle before the first filling?

Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging from dust, rinsing it with a suitable medium (for example distilled water or a medium compatible with your product) and subsequently disinfecting it with an alcohol‑based preparation such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, it is important to let the individual parts of the packaging dry freely so that no residual moisture or alcohol remains in the packaging, which could affect the stability and fragrance of the final formulation.

What should be considered when selecting a formulation for the sprayer?

When selecting a recipe for the bottle with sprayer, pay particular attention to viscosity, content of undissolved particles and compatibility with the chosen plastic and seals.
