The plastic bottle with trigger spray is a practical packaging intended mainly for filling and applying liquid preparations where a fine, even dispersion of the product in the form of a sprayed mist is required. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a comfortable mechanical sprayer, it is suitable for everyday use in the home, in cosmetic production as well as in professional facilities. The packaging is designed to enable precise, controlled and hygienic dispensing without unnecessary waste of the contents.
The spray bottle is ideal for various cosmetic and technical solutions where rapid application in a thin layer is important – whether for the care of skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. Thanks to the opaque plastic, it helps protect more sensitive formulations from light and thus supports product stability during storage and use.
This bottle is offered on Handymade already in combination with a trigger sprayer, which ensures comfortable dispensing and practical use. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify trouble-free use with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
When working with this plastic packaging, we recommend following standard storage principles away from direct sunlight and heat sources in order to maintain the dimensional and functional stability of the packaging and the spray mechanism.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly provided that it is properly cared for and hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation – for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. Only after cleaning and drying is the packaging ready for further safe use with a new fill.
We recommend regularly flushing the sprayer with warm (not hot) water, or, if necessary, with a mild cleaning solution suitable for the given type of fill. After flushing, press the trigger several times so that the water passes through the entire inside of the mechanism. You can then briefly spray the inside of the system with disinfectant alcohol and allow it to dry. Avoid using very hot water and aggressive chemicals that could affect the functionality of the sprayer or the stability of the plastic.
The bottle with trigger sprayer is most suitable for liquid, low-viscosity products based on water, hydrolats or alcohol, or for light solutions with dissolved active ingredients. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity may not be suitable for this type of sprayer, as they can reduce the quality of the spray pattern or cause clogging of the system. For any new formulation we always recommend performing your own dosing and spraying test.
To make it easier to choose the right packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material. This way you can easily find a bottle, pharma bottle, jar or other container that best matches your formulation and the intended method of application.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate, after emptying it and giving it a basic rinse, to place it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters on the website. Ideally, the bottle and the sprayer should be separated, any remaining contents removed, and then placed in the appropriate container designated for that type of plastic in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. In this way you support effective material recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
