The plastic bottle with white spray pump is a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for dispensing a fine aerosol for body, hair, facial and household care. Thanks to the combination of the bottle and the spray head, it is ideal for filling liquid cosmetic products where an even application in a thin layer is required.
The packaging is designed to provide reliable mechanical spraying, easy handling and comfort during use in both professional and home formulations. The plastic material is stable, lightweight and suitable for safe transport as well as everyday use.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that your final product will work reliably under real‑life conditions of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the sprayer itself must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol‑based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then fill it with a new product.
During long‑term use, fine particles may accumulate in the channels of the sprayer. For its maintenance, we recommend that after emptying the contents, you fill the bottle with clean water or a suitable solvent according to the type of product, press the sprayer several times and thus flush the entire mechanism. For more viscous formulations or products containing solid particles, it is advisable to use fine filtration of the product to prevent nozzle blockage and a reduction in spray quality.
The plastic material used for this bottle is not intended for long‑term exposure to high temperatures. With excessive heating, deformation of the packaging, impaired sealing or limited functionality of the sprayer may occur. For these reasons, the bottle is not recommended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, hand‑washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent is sufficient, followed by thorough rinsing and, if necessary, disinfection using alcohol‑based products.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing any product residues. It is then advisable to separate the bottle body and the plastic spray head, as they may be made from different types of plastic. The method of sorting into separated waste is governed by the material designation stated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. According to this designation, choose the appropriate container for separate plastic collection. If you are unsure, follow the local waste collection rules in your municipality or city.
