The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical and professional packaging solution for fine and even dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to its reliable spray mechanism, it is suitable for products where controlled application in a thin layer without unnecessary waste of the contents is important. The packaging is designed to support the stability of the filled product and to facilitate its everyday use in both home and professional cosmetics.
The bottle body made of durable plastic and the high-quality spray mechanism form a functional unit for packaging and applying liquid cosmetic solutions, toners, waters or auxiliary solutions. The opaque design also helps protect light-sensitive formulations, where reducing light exposure is desirable and results in higher stability of active ingredients during storage and use.
This product is a complete combination of bottle and spray pump with mutually matched components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging fully meets the requirements of your specific product.

The spray mechanism is optimally designed for liquid and low-viscosity water-based preparations, for which it can create a fine and even mist. With thicker emulsions or predominantly oil-based blends, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog, so we recommend first testing a small amount of the formulation and, based on the result, assessing the suitability of this type of packaging.
The packaging can be reused if correct hygiene practices are followed, particularly within your own home or studio production. Before each refilling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/){target="_blank"} and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný – rastlinný (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/){target="_blank"}. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill them with the product.
For routine cleaning, it is appropriate to empty the bottle, rinse it with clean water and press the spray pump several times so that water also enters the inside of the mechanism. Then you can use a small amount of a compatible cleaning solution, repeat the rinsing and finally flush the mechanism through with clean water or alcohol. Do not expose the packaging or the spray pump to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, to avoid damage or deformation of the plastic parts.
If you decide not to use the spray bottle any longer, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues according to the nature of the original product. Then follow the material information given in the product parameters and place the packaging in the appropriate sorted waste stream (for example, mixed plastic packaging). It is advisable to separate the spray pump and the bottle body before discarding them, which will make their processing in the waste sorting facility easier. Always follow the local rules for sorted waste collection in your municipality or city.

This allows you to easily display only those packagings that match your concept as well as the technical requirements of the product you are working with.
