The plastic bottle with dispenser and protective cap represents a practical packaging for various liquid products where precise, hygienic and controlled dispensing is important. Thanks to the integrated dispensing system, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions as well as home-made blends that you want to apply comfortably in a smaller amount without spillage and contamination of the contents.
The packaging is designed to ensure reliable closure and to minimise the contact of the preparation with air and impurities. The practical cap protects the dispensing mechanism during transport and storage, which reduces the risk of unintentional pressing and leakage of the contents. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and suitable for everyday use in the household as well as for the professional production of smaller batches.
This bottle is supplied together with a dispenser and protective cap, so it forms a functional set suitable for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of filling, but always only when basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and disinfect it in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol: IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol can be found on the page /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and plant-based ethanol 96 % on the page /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. After cleaning and disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then refill it.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend its ecological disposal in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. First use up or remove as much of the remaining contents as possible and rinse the bottle in order to minimise the amount of residual product. Then sort the packaging according to the material marking given in the product parameters on the page – the type of plastic (for example PET, PP, etc.) determines which container it belongs to. The closure and the dispenser may be made of a different plastic than the body of the bottle, so it is advisable to separate them before discarding. By following these steps you will contribute to a more efficient recycling process and a reduction in the amount of non-recyclable waste.
The bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous products where controlled and hygienic dosing is important. These include, for example, facial lotions, toners, light emulsions, hair toners, treatment solutions for the skin, hand disinfectant solutions and special liquid preparations for home and professional use. Before final use, we always recommend testing whether the specific formulation works well with the dispenser (smooth dosing, without clogging and leaks).
Before a new filling, we recommend first cleaning the bottle and dispenser mechanically – rinsing them in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsing with clean water. After washing, a disinfection step is important, as it helps to reduce microbiological risks. In practice, rinsing or spraying the internal surfaces with an alcoholic solution has proved effective, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %, available on the pages /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely in a clean, dust-free place. Only then is it appropriate to fill the bottle again.
To make it easier to find a suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers). With the help of the filter, you can narrow down the offer according to several parameters – specifically according to the type and diameter of the neck, the size, colour and material of the packaging. By combining these options, you will quickly find solutions that best match your product and the intended way of use.
For plastic packaging in general, we do not recommend exposing the material to high temperatures, because this may lead to undesirable deformation or weakening of mechanical stability. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, manual washing in adequately warm water with a cleaning agent, followed by thorough rinsing and disinfection with a suitable alcoholic solution, is sufficient. This procedure is gentle on the material and at the same time supports hygiene during repeated use.
