The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and professional-looking packaging for cosmetic as well as cleaning preparations, which is particularly suitable for filling liquid products that require a gentle spray. Thanks to its reliable spraying mechanism, it enables even application to the face, hair, body or surfaces, while making dosing easier and increasing comfort when using the finished product.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, in a home cosmetics workshop and in a professional salon. The combination of a plastic bottle and a high-quality spray pump is suitable for a wide range of formulations – from toners and hydrolats to light cleaning and disinfectant solutions, where a fine mist, controlled spray and good dispersion without unnecessary product waste are important.
This bottle fitted with a spray pump forms a functional set intended for immediate use. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific cosmetic or cleaning formulation before filling the entire production batch.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based, which are intended for hygienic preparation of packaging before filling.
Before reuse, it is advisable to rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and leave it to dry. Afterwards, we recommend spraying or rinsing the inner surface of the packaging as well as the dip tube and the spray head with an alcohol-based disinfectant preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow the alcohol to evaporate and only then refill the packaging with the prepared product.
This packaging is ideal for liquid, low-viscosity products where a fine mist and even dispersion are important – for example facial and body toners, thermal and floral waters, body refreshing sprays, hair products or light cleaning solutions for surfaces. It is not recommended for very thick emulsions or gels, which could clog the spray pump and limit its functionality.
To make it easier to select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers). In the advanced filter you can clearly set parameters such as the neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow the range down to packaging that suits your formulation and the desired appearance of the final product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it as thoroughly as possible and rinsing out any product residues. Then separate the packaging according to the materials used, as specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website, and place it in the appropriate sorted waste container according to local recycling rules. This will ensure that the material can be efficiently recycled and reused in further production.
