The plastic bottle with spray dispenser is a universal packaging suitable for various liquid formulations where fine and even atomization is important. Thanks to the material used and the high‑quality spray mechanism, the bottle is suitable for cosmetic products, cleaning solutions, as well as auxiliary solutions for the household or workshop. The packaging is designed to ensure convenient application, good protection of the contents, and at the same time to look aesthetic in both home and professional production.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and spray dispenser, so it is not necessary to look for another compatible closure. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products containing alcohol, essential oils or other active substances.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Disinfection helps to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your cosmetic and technical preparations.
First, rinse the bottle thoroughly with water, if necessary with the addition of a mild cleaning agent, and rinse several times with clean water. Then pour a small amount of alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 or ethanol 96) into the dry or almost dry packaging, shake the bottle and leave it to act. For the spray dispenser, we recommend pressing the mechanism several times so that the alcohol passes through the entire system. After disinfection, let the packaging air‑dry at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it according to the material information given in the product parameters. Before handing it over for collection, empty the packaging and roughly rinse it so that no product residues remain. Then follow the local waste separation rules – plastic components usually belong in the container designated for plastic. If the design allows it, you can separate the bottle from the spray mechanism and sort them according to the recommendations resulting from the material composition in the parameters.
Suitability for alcoholic solutions and formulations containing essential oils depends on the specific concentration and composition of the product. Before final use, we recommend performing your own compatibility test – fill the packaging with a smaller amount of the product, observe any changes in colour, elasticity or surface of the plastic and also test the sealing and functionality of the spray dispenser. For long‑term storage and higher concentrations of active substances, an individual test is particularly important.
