The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical and professional packaging solution for various liquid formulations where fine and even atomization is required. The glossy finish and opaque body help reduce light exposure to the contents, which is particularly advantageous for more sensitive blends with a higher proportion of active ingredients or aromatic components. The packaging is designed to be suitable for everyday use as well as for smaller artisan brands, home crafting, and test series of products.
This bottle with sprayer is offered on Handymade as a ready-made combination of packaging and dispensing element. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed and the compatibility of the material with the specific product is taken into account. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetal. We also recommend regularly checking the functionality of the spraying mechanism and replacing it in case of impaired action or wear.
After emptying the contents, we recommend rinsing the bottle with water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent suitable for the given type of formulation, and then rinsing thoroughly. After mechanical cleaning, it is important to disinfect the inner surface and the sprayer with alcohol – products such as IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetal are suitable. Let the bottle dry completely at room temperature. Do not use boiling or a dishwasher in order to avoid possible deformation of the plastic.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, and it is not recommended to boil it or sterilize it at temperatures approaching the boiling point of water. Excessive heating may lead to softening or deformation of the walls and to deterioration of the functionality of the spraying mechanism. For regular hygiene and preparation of the packaging for the next filling, gentle mechanical cleaning and disinfection with alcohol at room temperature is more suitable.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it as completely as possible and removing any product residues. The subsequent method of recycling must be adapted to the material specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website – according to this, assign the packaging to the appropriate sorted waste stream (most often plastic collection). If the sprayer is composed of several materials, follow the recycling symbols and local waste sorting rules. It is always advisable to separate as many parts of the packaging as possible so that the recycling is more efficient.
