The glossy-surface plastic bottle with spray dispenser is a practical and elegant packaging intended for filling cosmetic preparations, homemade blends and other liquid formulations. Thanks to the precisely manufactured plastic body and the high-quality spray mechanism, it ensures even application of the product and convenient dosing during everyday use. The opaque dark design also contributes to the protection of more sensitive ingredients from light, which helps maintain the stability and appearance of the product for a longer time.
This product is supplied as a complete combination of bottle and spray dispenser, which makes it immediately usable after filling with the selected product. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of the long-term stability and reliability of the finished product.

To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. It allows you to clearly filter packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material, or to narrow down the selection to specific types of closures or dosing systems. In this way you will quickly find the bottle or jar that best corresponds to your product and intended use.
The bottle can be reused for normal home and cosmetic purposes, as long as you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each refilling, the entire packaging (bottle body and spray dispenser) must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using IPA or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready for reuse.
When using thicker or pigmented preparations, gradual build-up can occur in the tube and nozzle of the spray dispenser. To maintain smooth operation, we recommend regularly rinsing the mechanism with clean water or with a suitable solvent compatible with your formulation (for example water or diluted alcohol). After emptying the bottle, it is advisable to “spray through” the dispenser several times with clean liquid in order to remove product residues from inside the system.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. Washing in a dishwasher, boiling or long-term contact with hot water can lead to deformation of the bottle, impaired functionality of the thread and spray dispenser, or damage to the surface finish. We therefore recommend gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol as needed.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend emptying and rinsing it to remove any remaining contents and then sorting it according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the product. The plastic body of the packaging and the spray dispenser usually belong in the appropriate plastic container once separated, but always follow your local waste sorting rules. In this way you will support the recycling process and minimise the impact on the environment.
This type of bottle is ideal especially for liquid and low-viscosity formulations, such as facial and body sprays, hydrolats, toners, refreshing waters, hair sprays or light protective solutions. With thicker emulsions or preparations with a high content of undissolved particles (e.g. peeling blends), spraying performance may deteriorate, so it is advisable to test such products in advance or to choose another type of dosing system.
