The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and durable packaging solution for a wide range of liquid preparations where fine and even atomization is required. Thanks to the high-quality material and the reliable sprayer mechanism, it is suitable for packing cosmetic, cleaning and craft formulations where comfortable application and good protection of the contents against contamination are important.
The packaging is designed to provide convenient dosing in the form of a fine mist or a stream (depending on the type of fill and the sprayer setting) while reducing the risk of accidental spillage during transport or storage. The smooth surface of the bottle allows easy labelling with a sticker or print, which facilitates professional presentation of the finished product.
If the packaging is made from PET material, it must be kept in mind that it is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, which pose a risk of surface deformation. Such packaging is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle manual cleaning at lower temperatures is recommended, depending on the nature of the fill.
This bottle with trigger sprayer represents a functional combination of packaging and dosing mechanism that is created and supplied as a single unit on Handymade. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations and specific formulations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing behaviour, long-term stability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the active ingredients used, the preservation system and the solvents.

The trigger sprayer is primarily designed for thin liquids and aqueous solutions with low to medium viscosity, for which it produces a fine and even spray pattern. With thicker emulsions or gels, spraying performance may deteriorate and the nozzle may clog. We recommend always performing a trial on a small sample and verifying whether the specific formulation passes through the dosing system smoothly and without residues.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, ideally for the same or a similar type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, all parts must be allowed to dry completely. With repeated use, monitor mechanical wear of the sprayer and replace it if performance deteriorates.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in separated waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters on the page. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle, minimize any product residues and separate the sprayer mechanism if it is made from a different material combination. The packaging body itself should then be placed in the appropriate container intended for collection of the given plastic in accordance with local waste sorting rules. In this way, you support material recycling and more sustainable resource management.
For plastic packaging, especially if it is made from PET material, it is not recommended to expose it to high temperatures as this may lead to surface deformation or affect closure tightness. Gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, thorough rinsing and subsequent disinfection with an alcohol-based solution is recommended. The dosing mechanism should be regularly flushed through with clean water and allowed to dry at room temperature.

With it, you can filter packaging by neck type, size, colour and material, which significantly simplifies orientation and allows you to quickly find a bottle, jar or dropper bottle suitable for your formulation. For specific needs, it is advisable to combine several filters at once and then also study the technical parameters and the quality certificate for the particular product.
Filled bottles should be stored at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid exposure to high temperatures to prevent deformation of the plastic or deterioration of closure tightness. For products containing alcohol and volatile substances, ensure good closure of the sprayer and store them in a well-ventilated area. It is also advisable to keep the packaging in an upright position to minimize long-term loading of sealing surfaces and prevent possible leakage during transport.
