Transparent plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and professional packaging solution for liquid products that need to be applied as a fine spray. It is particularly suitable for cosmetic formulations, household cleaning products or craft products where even application to surfaces or skin is important. The transparent design allows visual control of the contents and their quantity, which makes dosing and refill planning easier.
Thanks to the trigger sprayer, this packaging is ideal for filling solutions, sprays, hygiene products and other liquids where convenient and repeatable dosing is required. The container is designed to sit comfortably in the hand, the sprayer ensures practical use and the whole set forms a functional solution ready for immediate filling.
This product represents a ready-made combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, so it is ready for direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the packaging will function reliably with your specific product.

For plastic packaging made from PET-type material it is important to follow safe-use principles: the packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating carries a risk of deformation of the packaging. Such packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle hand cleaning in line with the recommended hygiene procedures and disinfection is advised.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of filling and when hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using alcohol (e.g. isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
This type of plastic packaging is not intended for filling with hot solutions or for long-term exposure to high temperatures. Excessive heating may cause softening or deformation of the bottle walls or damage to the spraying mechanism. Washing in a dishwasher, drying near heat sources or any boiling is not recommended. For cleaning, it is suitable to use lukewarm water, a mild detergent and then disinfection with alcohol as needed.
First, completely empty the packaging and dismantle it into individual parts (bottle, head, tube). Rinse the inside of the container with water, use a mild detergent if necessary and then rinse thoroughly until all residues have been removed. Then apply disinfection – for example by rinsing with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. It is advisable to "spray through" the sprayer several times with the disinfectant solution so that the inner channel is also cleaned. After disinfection, leave all parts to dry freely at room temperature and only then reassemble and fill them.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with sprayer, we recommend recycling it as far as possible. First completely empty the packaging and, where possible, clean it of any residues of the original product. Then follow the material designation in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade.sk – according to the indicated type of plastic, the packaging should be placed in the appropriate fraction of sorted waste (typically a plastic container). If the sprayer is made of several materials, it is advisable to separate them as far as possible. By following local waste sorting rules, you support efficient material recycling.

This allows you to quickly choose a solution that matches your product and the preferred dosing method.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for watery to slightly viscous solutions that are to be applied as a fine or medium spray – for example toners, refreshing sprays, cleaning sprays or auxiliary solutions for surfaces. When choosing the filling, it is important to verify the compatibility of the formula with the bottle material and the sprayer itself, especially with a high alcohol content, essential oils or other active substances. It is recommended to produce a small test batch, fill the packaging and monitor the behaviour of the material (colour change, softening, leakage) and the stability of dosing over several days.
