The plastic bottle with dispenser and cap is a practical packaging with a professional appearance, suitable for various liquid products. Thanks to the transparent material, you have an immediate overview of the fill level and visual appearance of the contents, which makes both stock control and presentation of the finished product easier. The integrated dispenser enables precise, hygienic and economical dispensing, thereby reducing the risk of contamination and unnecessary product waste.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect common cosmetic formulations based on water or oil, gentle liquid soaps, gels and light emulsions. The visually attractive combination of a transparent bottle body and a white-gold dispenser with cap gives your products a professional and elegant look, suitable for home-made recipes as well as small-scale production.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle with integrated dispenser and cap, forming a complete, functional and aesthetically coordinated set, ready for immediate use without the need to purchase separate closures. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal functionality for your particular recipe.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If this packaging is made of PET material, it is important to bear in mind that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. When in contact with heat, there is a risk of undesirable deformation of the packaging, therefore it is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning we recommend gentle manual washing with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. At the same time, it is advisable to follow the local waste-sorting system in your municipality or city, so that the packaging is placed in the correct collection container and can be recovered efficiently.
Yes, the packaging can be refilled repeatedly during normal use, provided that it is not visibly damaged and that it retains its sealing function. When reusing, it is essential to observe basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, the bottle, dispenser and cap must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after all parts are completely dry is the packaging ready for the next filling.
Before the first filling, we recommend disassembling the packaging into its individual parts (bottle body, dispenser, cap), gently washing them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent and rinsing thoroughly. It is then appropriate to disinfect all parts with an alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. After disinfection, leave the packaging to air-dry on a clean, dust-free surface.
Plastic packaging, especially if made of PET material, is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures in a dishwasher or for boiling. Under such stress, the bottle walls may deform, the thread may be damaged or the functionality of the dispenser may deteriorate. We therefore recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water and disinfection with alcohol, which in most cases is fully sufficient for home and artisan use without thermal sterilization.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it as thoroughly as possible and removing any product residues. Then follow the information on the type of material given in the product parameters – according to this you will place the bottle in the appropriate sorting container (for example a plastic container according to the local waste-sorting system). Before disposal, it is advisable to separate plastic parts that are not made of the same material (for example the dispenser), if your collection system requires it. In this way you support effective recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The most convenient way to choose a suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging material category. After clicking on the category (for example bottles, pharmaceutical bottles or jars), you will find a filtering option at the top of the page where you can select packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly find the bottle, container or jar that best matches the consistency of your product, the intended dosing and the visual requirements of your brand.
