Frosted glass dropper bottle with glossy dropper is a professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid formulations, especially oils, serums, concentrates and tinctures. Thanks to the high-quality glass and integrated dropper, the bottle is suitable for products where controlled drop-by-drop dosing and minimisation of the content’s contact with the external environment are important.
The frosted glass visually protects the contents from light and, in combination with the sealing dropper, helps to limit air ingress, which is particularly advantageous for sensitive cosmetic and botanical formulations. The elegant glossy black finish of the closure gives the finished product a professional and premium appearance, suitable for small and medium production runs, artisan brands as well as laboratory use.
This bottle is supplied as a combination of a glass container and a dropper, with the individual components designed to form a functional and reliable unit together. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging functions optimally with your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination or degradation of the new product. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at a suitable concentration, such as the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely before proceeding to filling.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing with drinking water and then disinfecting with alcohol (for example using preparations based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). After applying the disinfectant, allow the glass container and the dropper to dry at room temperature, ideally turned upside down on a clean, dust-free surface. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready to be filled with the final product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend sorting it into separated waste according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a glass container after emptying and basic cleaning, while it is advisable to separate the closure and the dropper, which may be made of a combination of plastic, rubber and possibly metal. Sort these components according to local waste management regulations – most often into mixed waste, unless otherwise specified. Before handing over to separated collection, we recommend removing any product residues and labels from the packaging, if required by local recycling rules.
The bottle with dropper is primarily designed for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations that can be easily dosed drop-by-drop. For very thick oils or viscous serums, the flow through the dropper may be slower. We therefore recommend always carrying out a trial filling and testing the actual behaviour of the product in the packaging – in particular the dripping speed, dosing accuracy and user comfort. For extremely thick products it may be appropriate to choose another type of dosing, such as a pump or another applicator from the range, according to the packaging parameters.

This allows you to easily choose the required neck, size, colour and material of the packaging and narrow the offer down only to those products that match your intention.
