Glass bottle – pharmaceutical vial with a matte surface and white spray pump represents a professional packaging solution for liquid products that require gentle and even dosing in the form of a spray. Matte glass has an aesthetic effect, supports the premium appearance of the product and at the same time reduces the visibility of fingerprints or minor impurities on the surface. This type of packaging is suitable for various cosmetic formulations that need precise dosing without contact with the content inside the container, which contributes to the maintenance of the stability and hygiene of the final product.
This product is an already finished combination of glass bottle and spray pump designed to provide functional and comfortable dosing in the form of a spray. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Glass is a material with high chemical resistance and is therefore generally suitable for formulations containing alcohol or a smaller proportion of essential oils. However, in view of the different concentrations and combinations of ingredients, it is important always to perform your own compatibility test, both for the glass bottle itself and for the plastic parts of the spray pump (seal, dip tube), in order to verify trouble-free dosing and the long-term stability of the product.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing, suitable cleaning agent), drying it thoroughly and then disinfecting it with an alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the bottle ready for refilling. During repeated use, monitor whether the spray pump still seals properly and dispenses evenly.
We recommend storing filled bottles at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Although matte glass reduces light transmission, for sensitive substances (vitamins, essential oils, natural extracts) it is also important to limit temperature fluctuations. Always close the bottles carefully, store them in an upright position and avoid long-term exposure to a humid environment that could affect the metal or plastic parts of the spray pump.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the recommendations given for the product in the parameter table. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed, after thorough emptying and rinsing, into a container intended for glass. The spray pump and plastic or metal components must be separated and placed in the respective sorted waste stream according to local collection rules. Before handing over to sorted waste, make sure that no residues of hazardous or specifically regulated substances remain in the packaging.
