Glass bottle – matte pharmaceutical bottle with cream dispenser and smoked top is a professional cosmetic packaging designed for safe and precise dosing of creamy and emulsion-based preparations. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and functional dispenser, it is suitable for thicker textures that require comfortable application without contamination of the contents. The matte glass combined with the smoked top looks aesthetic and elegant and supports the premium perception of the final product.
The packaging is ideal for small batches of natural and artisanal cosmetics, test packs or travel sizes of products, where clean dosing, a professional appearance and practical use are important. Thanks to the solid glass container and the high-quality dispensing mechanism, it helps minimise contact of the contents with air and reduces the risk of introducing impurities into the formulation.
This bottle with cream dispenser is prepared for direct use as a ready-made solution for packaging cream products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the chosen packaging fully meets your product’s requirements.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with cream dispenser is designed primarily for creamy and emulsion textures of medium viscosity. For very thick or balm-like formulations, we recommend first carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the dispenser ensures smooth and even extrusion without excessive pressure. If you are working with an extremely dense texture, a jar or another type of container may be more suitable.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can, after cleaning off product residues, typically be placed in the container designated for glass. The plastic parts of the dispenser (and any other non-metal components) belong in sorted waste according to the material designation in the parameter table, and metal parts in metal collection, if the collection system in your municipality allows this. Before recycling, always remove as much product residue as possible so that the waste is as clean as possible.
Glass as a material is generally very stable even for formulations with a higher content of alcohol or active substances. For specific recipes (high acid content, strongly alkaline preparations or atypical solvents), however, we recommend performing an individual stability test of the contents in contact with the packaging and at the same time verifying that the given formulation does not have a negative effect on the sealing and functionality of the dispensing mechanism.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter it is possible to combine several parameters at once – especially neck type, size, colour and material. In this way, you quickly narrow down the offer only to bottles, jars or other containers that best match your formulation, design and the intended method of dosing.
