Square straight glass bottle with white-gold spray pump 10 ml is a designer, precise and reclosable packaging, ideal for gentle dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a mist or fine spray. The combination of high-quality glass and a functional spray pump ensures uniform application, clean dosing and a professional appearance of the final product.
This packaging is suitable for filling cosmetic and technical liquids where precise application to the skin, hair or surface without contact with the hands is important. Glass is chemically stable, does not change the properties of the contents and is suitable for long-term storage of products with active ingredients, fragrance components or plant extracts.
This product represents a complete combination of glass bottle and spray pump, ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, any sedimentation).

The glass bottle is generally suitable for formulations with alcohol content, hydrolats and fragrance compositions, since glass is a chemically stable and inert material. However, we always recommend carrying out your own trial test with the specific recipe – especially with a higher proportion of alcohol or intense essential oils – to verify the behaviour of the spray pump, the smoothness of dosing and the long-term stability of scent and colour.
The bottle and spray pump can be reused if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly rinsed, mechanically cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 denatured plant-based, which you can find on the pages /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling them.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the waste sorting rules that follow from the material composition given in the product parameters. After emptying and, if necessary, rinsing, place the glass bottle in the appropriate glass container according to local regulations. The spray pump consists of several components (plastic, metal spring, etc.), so sort it according to the recommendations of the manufacturer and the local waste collection system – usually into the container for plastic waste, if the collection system allows this. Before recycling, it is always advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging.
The spray pump is optimally designed for low-viscosity, liquid preparations based on water, hydrolats or alcohol, or for light oil blends that can be finely sprayed. With more viscous liquids or gels, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog. Before using the final recipe, we recommend carrying out a small functionality test of the spray pump with the specific composition, especially if the formulation contains solid particles, a high proportion of oil or additives with a tendency to crystallise.
