Glass bottle – blue glass dropper bottle represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations and sensitive formulations. In combination with a ribbed plastic closure with safety ring, it provides secure sealing that helps protect the contents against unintended opening as well as contamination during storage and use.
Blue glass ensures enhanced protection against light, making the dropper bottle suitable for filling products that are sensitive to external influences. The smooth inner surface of the glass is ideal for liquid solutions, serums, drops or aromatic blends, where formulation stability and minimisation of interactions between contents and packaging are important.
This glass bottle – dropper bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, depending on the parameters selected in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass bottle is generally very suitable for formulations containing essential oils or other concentrated aromatic components, because glass is a stable and inert material. Before final use, however, we recommend testing the compatibility of your specific formulation with the packaging, in particular the viscosity, the dosing method and the behaviour of the applicator or closure in long-term contact with the product.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed and proper preparation is carried out before each new filling. Before further use, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.
Before first use we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle, rinsing it with a suitable cleaning or rinsing component according to the product type, and then disinfecting it with alcohol. After treatment with alcohol, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, allow the packaging to evaporate thoroughly and dry in a clean environment. Only then is the bottle ready to be filled with your final product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendations given in the product parameters table. The glass bottle can usually be placed, after emptying and basic cleaning, in the container for glass, and the plastic closure is generally sorted into plastics. Before recycling, always remove product residues from the packaging and separate the individual parts (glass and plastic), so that sorting is effective and in line with local waste management rules.
