Is it possible to use this glass bottle repeatedly?

Yes, the glass packaging can be reused if handled correctly and hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new formulation.

How should I properly clean the glass bottle with dropper before further use?

We recommend first thoroughly rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, making sure to remove all residues of the original product. Then let the packaging dry completely and before new filling disinfect it with alcohol (e.g. isopropyl alcohol 99 % or vegetable ethanol 96 %). For the dropper, particularly thorough cleaning of the pipette and the part that comes into contact with the contents is important.

Is this bottle suitable for thicker oil-based or more viscous serum?

How can I safely recycle this bottle if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the types of materials specified in the parameters of the specific product. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a container for sorted glass waste after removal of any remaining contents. The closure and the dropper (plastic and any rubber part) should be sorted according to local rules for the collection of plastics and mixed materials. Before disposal, it is advisable to rinse the packaging so that no product residues remain in it.
