The stable glass material is suitable for most vegetable oils and oil concentrates. However, we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formula in the packaging in a smaller quantity before finally filling the entire batch.

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, for example when producing new batches of oil serums or when testing different recipes. Before each new filling, however, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the scent or texture of the product.

After emptying the packaging, we recommend first mechanically removing any oil residues, then washing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. Before refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces using an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant. For the dispenser it is necessary to check the functionality of the mechanism and make sure that no old product residues remain in it.

If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend assigning it to sorted waste according to the material listed in the product parameters. The glass container can normally be thrown, after emptying and rough cleaning, into the container intended for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser should be disposed of according to local waste sorting rules. Before recycling it is advisable to remove product residues and, if possible, separate the individual materials (glass, plastic, metal).
