Blue glass bottle cream dispenser 50 ml is a high-quality packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of cosmetic emulsions, creams and serums. Thanks to the combination of stable glass and a practical dispensing system, it provides reliable protection of the contents against contact with air and impurities, thereby contributing to longer gentleness and quality of your formulations. The dark blue glass also naturally helps protect sensitive recipes from external light influences within the declared properties of the glass and the product parameters.
The combination of this bottle and dispenser is created on Handymade as a ready-made solution in which the sealing and dosing functionality are tested and mutually harmonised. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular checking tightness, dosing accuracy and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of active substances, preservation system).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and dispenser, rinsing them according to your internal hygiene procedures and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. To disinfect the internal surfaces of the packaging and the parts in contact with the product, it is appropriate to use technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection let the packaging thoroughly ventilate and dry in order to prevent residual alcohol odour in the finished product.
Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly provided that correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to disassemble the bottle and dispenser to the extent allowed by the construction, thoroughly clean, rinse and disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. It is recommended to check also the condition of the dispenser mechanism and seals; in case of visible wear or damage it is appropriate to replace these parts with new components in order to maintain dosing functionality and hygiene.
The dispenser is designed for standard emulsions and creams of medium viscosity. With very thick butter-like formulations, dosing may be more difficult, therefore before serial production we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the actual viscosity of the finished product. If you are working with heavier creams, it is appropriate to adjust the recipe (for example the proportion of water or the emulsifying system) so that the dispenser operates smoothly and without excessive strain on the mechanism. It is always practical to test several trial batches at different storage temperatures.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material designation stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed in the glass container after removing residual product, while the plastic components of the dispenser (head, pumping mechanism, tube) must be separated from the bottle and sorted according to local rules for plastic waste. Before handing over to separate collection, it is appropriate to empty the packaging as much as possible, wipe off any remaining formulation and check that it does not contain any non-standard components that could complicate sorting.
To select suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material and display only those bottles, vials, jars or pots that meet your technical and design requirements. In this way you can quickly compare several solutions and choose the optimal packaging for a specific cosmetic formulation or product line.
