Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for further safe use with a new batch of product.

How should the bottle be properly cleaned and prepared before the first filling?

Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (removing dust and impurities), then rinsing it with a suitable cleaning solution and drying it thoroughly. The final step should be disinfection of the inner and outer surfaces of the packaging using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready for filling with the final product.
