The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid formulations. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and practical dropper, it is ideal for filling products where control over the amount of product applied and the protection of its stability during storage and use are important.
The packaging is designed for liquid products that require gentle drop‑by‑drop dosing, which will be especially appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, serums, oil blends or concentrated extracts. The matte surface finish of the dark glass helps reduce light penetration to the contents, thereby supporting the long‑term quality of more sensitive components such as essential oils, active ingredients and aromatic compositions.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators), depending on the parameters selected when ordering. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular with regard to sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long‑term reliability in real‑life use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based product. For disinfection, you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After rinsing with the disinfectant solution, allow all parts to dry thoroughly in a clean, dust‑free place so that no moisture or impurities can enter the packaging.
Yes, the glass packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Ensure that all parts are completely dry before filling so that the stability of the new formulation is not compromised. When reusing, also monitor the condition of the rubber or plastic part of the dropper and replace it if it shows signs of wear.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually sorted into the container designated for glass, while the remaining components of the dropper (plastic or rubber part, or plastic pipette) are sorted according to their material into the appropriate waste stream. Before handing over to separate collection, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove any product residues. Always follow the local rules for waste separation in your municipality or city.
The dropper is most suitable for products that require drop‑by‑drop dosing – for example intensive facial serums, concentrated oil blends or aromatherapy preparations. If you are planning thicker emulsions, gels or products intended for spraying, it may be more appropriate to choose a pump, spray head or another type of applicator. When choosing, always take into account the viscosity of the formulation and the preferred method of application, or try several types of closures to find the optimal combination.
To make it easier to choose the packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can combine several parameters at once – for example neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the offer to only those packages that meet the needs of your product and the preferred method of dosing.
