The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging material suitable for precise dosing of liquid products. Thanks to its high-quality design made of clear glass and a practical dropper, it is ideal for filling and applying cosmetic preparations, serums or active concentrates, where a controlled dose and hygienic handling are important.
The packaging is designed to facilitate both filling and subsequent use – the dropper allows convenient drop-by-drop dosing, which you will appreciate for concentrated blends, oils and extracts. When used correctly, it helps to minimize contamination of the contents and reduces the risk of wasting more expensive active substances.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the contents. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and it is important to let all parts dry completely after treatment.
Before the first filling, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the dropper into individual parts, rinsing them with a suitable detergent, thoroughly rinsing with drinking water and then applying disinfection using an alcoholic solution. After disinfection, the packaging must be allowed to dry naturally in a clean environment to remove any residues of water and alcohol. Only then is the bottle ready for safe filling with the final product.
The bottle with dropper is most suitable for low-viscosity to medium-viscosity liquids, such as oil serums, aqueous solutions, glycerine and alcohol extracts. For overly thick emulsions and gels, the dropper may be less practical, because it reduces the smoothness of dosing. For specific formulations we recommend trying a smaller test amount to verify whether the chosen dosing method is suitable for the intended use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the appropriate glass container, while the dropper and other parts should be separated according to the material used. Before disposal it is advisable to empty the contents as much as possible and remove product residues, in order to facilitate the recycling process and reduce the impact on the environment.
