The glass bottle with spray pump represents a professional packaging suitable for filling a wide range of liquid products with gentle dosing in the form of a spray. The transparent glass enables convenient visual control of the contents, while the functional spray pump ensures even application and comfortable use in everyday cosmetic as well as craft-scale production.
This glass container is a practical solution for formulations that require precise dosing in smaller amounts, such as body and facial sprays, toners or aromatherapeutic blends. The packaging is conceived as a reliable bottle for water-based and alcohol-based products, where aesthetics, packaging stability and professional presentation of the final product are important.
This glass bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dosing component, ready for direct use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal performance for your specific product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol available on the page /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ or plant-based ethanol on the page /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. Only after completely drying is the bottle ready for refilling.
You can wash the glass part of the packaging with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and leave it to dry. Afterwards we recommend disinfecting the inside of the packaging and the neck with alcohol (IPA or ethanol) and again allowing it to dry completely. It is suitable to rinse the spray pump with lukewarm water, optionally with water containing a small amount of mild detergent, then pump clean water through it and leave it to air-dry. During the next filling it is important to work in a clean environment and to minimise contact of the inner parts of the packaging with contaminants.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. The glass bottle can typically be placed, after removing any product residues and any label, into the container intended for glass. The spray pump and plastic parts (for example the overcap or the inner tube) are sorted according to the specified type of plastic, usually into the appropriate container for plastics. Before placing the packaging into sorted waste collection, it is advisable to rinse it from product residues to facilitate its further processing.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid preparations that are to be applied as a fine mist in small doses. It is particularly suitable for facial and body sprays, toners, hydrolats, hair and styling sprays, air fresheners, aromatherapeutic blends or disinfectant solutions for hands or surfaces. For formulations with higher viscosity it is advisable to test in advance whether the spray pump provides the desired mode of application.
