The glass bottle with sprayer represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for various liquid preparations where gentle and uniform dosing is required. It is particularly suitable for packaging cosmetic products, household blends and creating your own formulations, for which you will appreciate precise atomization of the contents. The combination of glass and a functional sprayer enables safe storage of products and at the same time convenient application without unnecessary waste.
The packaging can be reused repeatedly when basic hygiene principles are observed. Before refilling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the sprayer with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing with drinking water and then drying completely. Before new use, the packaging must be disinfected – for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. It is advisable to adapt the disinfection to the type of fill you plan to pack into the container.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal especially for liquid and low-viscosity preparations that are to be applied in the form of a fine mist or an even spray. In practice it is used mainly for facial and body sprays, toners, hydrolates, perfumed and aromatherapeutic blends, hair treatments in spray form or light cleaning solutions for various surfaces. Thicker emulsions or gels may not be suitable for this type of dosing, therefore for new formulations it is always recommended to test the functionality of the sprayer in advance.
Compatibility of the packaging with a specific fill must always be verified by your own test. We recommend filling a smaller amount of product into the bottle, checking the sealing, the spray quality and the behaviour of the material during storage (for example changes in viscosity, possible sedimentation or clogging of the nozzle). Perform the test under conditions that resemble real use as closely as possible and, before the planned launch of the finished product, leave the test sample to stand for at least several days to weeks in order to verify longer-term stability.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic parts of the sprayer belong in plastic collection, unless the local recycling rules state otherwise. Before handing over to sorted waste, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove any remaining fill and dismantle it into individual parts according to material type, which improves the quality of subsequent processing in the recycling process.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter available at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging material category. Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the range according to several parameters such as neck type and diameter, overall size and shape, colour or material used. In this way, you will more quickly find the bottle, jar or pot that will best correspond to your specific formulation, the intended method of application and the visual style of your brand.
