The glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging solution for formulations where precise, hygienic and controlled dosing is important. High-quality clear glass allows for easy visual inspection of the contents, while the white and gold dropper ensures convenient application of drops for both cosmetic and craft products. This type of packaging is suitable for liquid preparations that require protection against contamination and easy dosing in small amounts.
This glass bottle is one of the types of packaging that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dropper, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely at room temperature and only then proceed to filling, so that no undesired dilution or impact on your formulation occurs.
The glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to carefully clean the bottle and the dropper, check for mechanical wear and then disinfect them using alcohols such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use, which is particularly important for products intended for the face and sensitive areas.
To maintain product stability, we recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry, clean and shaded place, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sources of heat. After each use, tighten the dropper firmly to limit the access of air and impurities. For more sensitive formulations it is advisable to minimise frequent opening of the packaging and to avoid handling with wet or contaminated hands.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part can be sorted into the container designated for glass after removing any product residues and rinsing. The dropper and its individual components (rubber part, plastic and metal part) should be separated and sorted according to the material composition specified for the product, or handed over at a collection yard if the combination of materials does not allow standard sorting. By following these principles, you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
