Glass bottle with dispenser represents an elegant and functional solution for packaging modern cosmetic formulations as well as artisan skin and body care. High-quality glass combined with a shiny dispenser enables precise and hygienic dosing, making the packaging particularly suitable for products where consumption control and aesthetic presentation are important. The smooth surface of the bottle facilitates labelling and branding, while the stable construction is designed to safely protect the contents during storage and everyday use.
This glass bottle with dispenser is supplied as a functional set that ensures convenient and controlled dosing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the long-term stability and reliability of the packaging for your specific product.

The dispenser on this glass bottle is suitable for light to medium-viscosity formulations such as serums, thinner emulsions and light oil blends. With very thick creams or balms, dosing may be limited, so we recommend always performing a trial filling and testing the dosing functionality with the specific product.
The glass packaging can, if hygiene principles are observed, be used repeatedly or refilled with the same or a similar type of product. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and ensures the stability of the new contents.
Before repeated use, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the packaging to remove residues of the previous product, then washing it with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing with clean water. After drying, the inner surface of the bottle and the parts of the dispenser that come into contact with the contents must be disinfected with alcohol (for example IPA 99% or ethanol 96%) and allowed to dry completely. Such a procedure supports hygienic safety during further use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it and removing product residues. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the separated collection of glass, while the plastic and metal components of the dispenser are sorted according to the material specified in the product parameters in the table on the page. When sorting, follow local recycling rules and the material labelling of the specific packaging in order to support proper waste processing and minimise the impact on the environment.
