The glass bottle with a black glossy surface and a white-gold glossy dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging for professional and home formulations. Thanks to the precise processing of the glass and the high-quality dispensing mechanism, it is suitable for accurate and hygienic dosing of liquid products with different viscosities. The opaque surface also helps to reduce the penetration of light to the contents, which contributes to better stability of more sensitive components in formulations.
This type of bottle is ideal for cosmetic, carefully composed recipes as well as concentrated blends, where dose control, a representative appearance of the packaging and reliable sealing during storage and use are important.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a high-quality dispenser, which makes it ready for immediate use without the need for additional packaging components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of the suitability of the packaging for your specific product.

The glass bottle with dispenser is suitable for most common cosmetic formulations for external use, including oil serums, emulsions and gel products. Glass is a material with good chemical resistance, which makes it suitable for formulations with vegetable oils, extracts and active substances. However, for specific or highly concentrated components we always recommend making a trial filling and monitoring the behaviour of the product and the dispenser over time.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable, available on Handymade (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/, /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of the new formulation being affected by residues of the previous product.
Before a new filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle from product residues, then washing it in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing it thoroughly. After complete drying, it is advisable to disinfect with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable) the inner surface of the packaging and the parts that come into contact with the product, and let it air out. For the dispenser it is necessary to pay attention also to the suction system and the outlet nozzle, in order to ensure the highest possible level of hygiene during further use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the material marking given in the product parameters. After removing product residues, the glass part of the packaging is usually thrown into the collection container intended for glass, while the plastic components of the dispenser are sorted according to the type of plastic stated in the technical description. Recycling recommendations may differ depending on the local waste collection system, so it is also advisable to follow the instructions of your local recycling centre or municipality.
