Glass bottle with glossy surface and white-silver glossy dispenser is a representative packaging suitable for high-quality cosmetic formulations and other liquid products where precise dosing and the professional appearance of the final product are important. The solid glass ensures the stability of the contents, while the opaque dark design contributes to the reduction of light penetration, which is especially advantageous for light-sensitive components such as essential oils, active substances or natural extracts.
This type of bottle is a practical solution for both home and professional use – from artisan hand production to small product batches. The integrated dispenser enables comfortable and hygienic application without the need for direct contact with the contents, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination and at the same time supporting consistent dosing with each use.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a dispenser designed to ensure practical and reliable dosing during normal use. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the solution is optimal for your particular product.

Yes, glass packaging is generally a suitable choice for formulations containing essential oils and active substances, because glass is a stable material and minimizes interactions between the contents and the packaging. The opaque dark glass also helps reduce light penetration, which is advantageous for light-sensitive components. Before final filling, we always recommend performing your own stability and compatibility test with the specific formulation.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection, you can also use products from our range, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then proceed to filling with the final product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the packaging can be sorted into the appropriate glass container after removing any product residues and separate plastic or metal components, or according to local waste sorting rules. The dispenser and small parts made of other materials should be sorted according to their material composition in accordance with the marking in the product parameter table. By following these principles, you contribute to responsible recycling and waste minimization.
For thicker serums or oil blends, we recommend first testing the behaviour of the product in the dispenser on a small amount, in order to verify smooth and even dosing. It is important not to overfill the bottle to the very top, so that the dispenser can be properly closed and create a reliable seal. When filling, work with clean tools and in maximally hygienic conditions to reduce the risk of product contamination during production and use.
