The glass bottle with safety cap is a durable and professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations. The smooth surface and high-quality clear glass allow for easy content inspection and visual presentation of the product, which is appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, pharmaceutical preparations and technical solutions alike. Thanks to the precise closure with a safety lock, the bottle is suitable for products where safe handling and minimising unintended opening are important.
The clear glass vial is suitable for packaging serums, oil blends, tinctures, drops or other liquids where glass stability and good chemical resistance are required. Glass is an inert material which, when used correctly, does not react with the contents, helping to maintain the quality, colour and fragrance of the prepared formulations throughout the entire period of use.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the final packaging to the specific product type and desired dosing. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are followed. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly mechanically cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready for reuse.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the packaging with warm water and a suitable detergent, rinsing thoroughly, allowing it to drain and dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the cap with alcohol (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný) and, after the alcohol has completely evaporated, fill the bottle with the prepared product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. The glass part should then be taken to separated waste collection according to local rules for glass. The closure and any seals must be sorted according to the material specified in the product parameters (for example among plastics or municipal waste). Following the recommended recycling helps reduce the amount of waste and allows the materials to be further processed.
The glass bottle is suitable primarily for liquid cosmetic formulations, such as facial and body oils, serums, drops, water-alcohol solutions or herbal extracts intended for external use. Thanks to the stability of glass, it is also suitable for products containing fragrances, essential oils or other volatile substances. For very aggressive or specific ingredients, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test.
