The glass bottle with dropper is in general also suitable for highly concentrated active substances and essential oils, because glass is a chemically stable material. However, when working with very strong or non-standard components, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing of the dropper, the stability of the fragrance, colour and viscosity of the product over time, as well as the behaviour of the packaging during long-term storage.

How to correctly clean and reuse the glass bottle with dropper?

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and its components, removing residues of the original product, and then disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after completely drying is the bottle ready for a new filling.

How should I correctly fill the bottle so that the dropper works reliably?

When filling, we recommend leaving a slight reserve in the upper part of the bottle so that the dropper does not push out excess product when closed. Use a funnel or suitable filling tool to avoid contaminating the thread. Store the products in the bottle carefully closed, in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the contents is also supported by minimizing frequent opening and contact of hands with the neck of the bottle. For more sensitive formulations it is suitable to mark the production date and the recommended period of use, so that you can track the freshness of the product.

How can I dispose of or recycle the glass bottle and dropper in an environmentally friendly way?

If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle, once cleaned, is normally placed in the container intended for glass. Parts of the dropper made of other materials should be separated according to local waste sorting rules. Always follow the symbols and recommendations given with the product so that recycling is carried out correctly.
