The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of cosmetic and technical formulations where control of the amount during application is important. Thanks to the dropper, it is ideal for filling liquid products with low to medium viscosity that require hygienic, targeted and economical dosing without excessive product waste.
The transparent glass allows for visual inspection of the contents throughout the entire life cycle of the product, which will be appreciated by manufacturers as well as end users when monitoring colour, clarity or volume. The packaging is suitable for both home and professional use and fits into the design of smaller and larger cosmetic lines or laboratory series.
This glass bottle is supplied as standard with a dropper, but within the Handymade range it is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, spray pumps or practical applicators available in the respective categories. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle and the dropper can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the fragrance, colour or stability of your formulation.
The dropper is ideal for liquid products with low to medium viscosity where dosing drop by drop or in small amounts is required. In practice, it is most often used for facial serums, oil elixirs, concentrated active substances, aromatherapy blends and test laboratory solutions, where dose repeatability and cleanliness of application are important.
Before reuse, we recommend disassembling the bottle into its individual parts, mechanically removing product residues and washing the container with warm water and a suitable detergent. After thorough rinsing with clean water, disinfection with alcohol is necessary (e.g. IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable). It is advisable to let alcohol run through the dropper and then allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature so that no residual moisture remains in the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend assigning it to sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass container can be placed in the glass collection container after emptying and basic rinsing of product residues. The dropper usually consists of a combination of plastic, rubber and possibly a glass pipette – the individual materials should be separated and sorted according to local recycling rules. Always follow the local waste collection system and the recommendations stated in the parameters section of the respective product on Handymade.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars, dispensers). In the advanced filter, several criteria can be combined at the same time – type and diameter of the neck, size of the packaging, colour, material or suitable type of closure. This allows you to quickly find packaging that will correspond technically and visually to the specifics of your formula and the selected method of application.
When filling, we recommend working with clean working tools and in the most hygienic conditions possible in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. Do not overfill the bottle right up to the rim so that the dropper does not push the product out when closing and so that there remains space for expansion of the contents in case of temperature changes. After filling, check the tightness of the closure and the functionality of dosing – dispense the product in drops several times to verify smooth suction and dosing without leakage around the neck.
