The green glass bottle with a white matte dropper represents a professional packaging solution for precise dosing of liquid formulations in cosmetics as well as for purposeful home mixing of products. The high-quality dropper bottle is designed to enable hygienic, controlled and repeatable dosing of drops without unnecessary contact of the contents with the external environment.
Green glass provides natural protection against light exposure and helps protect more sensitive components of formulas from degradation. In combination with the functional dropper, this bottle is ideal for packaging concentrated liquids where precise application, content stability and a professional appearance of the final product are important.
This glass bottle with dropper is one of the packaging–closure combinations that are created on Handymade as a fully matched and functional set. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately, but basic hygiene rules must always be observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the formulation of the new product.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, making sure to remove all residues of the original product. Then allow the glass part to dry thoroughly and disinfect it before refilling using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. For the dropper, pay particular attention to the pipette and the contact area with the closure to ensure clean and hygienic dosing.
The bottle with dropper is ideal for products where precise drop-by-drop dosing is important. In practice, this includes facial serums, oil concentrates, intensive treatment cures, aromatherapy blends, perfume oils or active solutions with a higher concentration of active substances. The dropper system helps the consumer easily control the amount of product applied and reduce excessive consumption.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it correctly according to materials. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle should be placed in the container designated for the appropriate type of glass according to local waste-sorting rules. The dropper usually consists of a combination of several materials (plastic, rubber and possibly a metal spring), so the most practical option is to place it in mixed waste, unless the local sorting system allows another solution. Always follow the recommendations given in the parameters of the specific product on Handymade and the local recycling rules.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the clear filter, you can sort products by several parameters – for example by type of neck, required size, colour and material. By combining filters, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that matches your formulation, design and the method of product application.
When filling, it is important that the packaging is clean and dry and that you avoid contact between the neck of the bottle and the vessel from which you are pouring the product. It is recommended to use a funnel or suitable filling tools that minimize spillage and contamination of the container walls. After filling, always check that the dropper is tightened firmly and that the packaging seals well. When developing a new product, it is advisable to carry out a short storage test to verify the behaviour of the formulation in contact with the glass and the dropper over time.
