The green glass bottle with an oil dispenser is a practical packaging solution designed for precise and controlled dosing of liquid products. Thanks to the high-quality glass, it is suitable for filling oil-based formulations, serums and other liquids where stability, purity and reliable dosing are important. The green glass helps protect sensitive components from light, thereby supporting a longer shelf life of the contents and preservation of the active ingredients.
This compact medicine bottle is suitable for both home and professional use – from small-scale production of natural cosmetics to additional packaging of specialized oil blends. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, it provides the user with convenient application without unnecessary waste and without contaminating the surroundings.
This glass bottle is one of the standalone packaging components that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispensing mechanism and then disinfecting them. For disinfection, you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After rinsing and drying, let all parts dry completely at room temperature and only then fill the bottle with the chosen product.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alkoholom or with etanolom 96 % denaturovaným rastlinným. We recommend that between different types of products (for example a change of fragrance or function) the packaging is always completely emptied, cleaned, disinfected and left to dry, so that no unwanted mixing of remaining contents occurs.
When filling, do not use mixtures that are too viscous or strongly crystallizing, as they could clog the dispensing mechanism. We recommend not overfilling the bottle and leaving a small air space so that the dispenser can draw up the contents correctly. If you work with oils with a high content of resins or with powdered pigments, it is advisable to strain the finished product through a fine sieve or filter. Regular cleaning of the outer part of the dispenser reduces the risk of drying of product residues and maintains smooth dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the local waste-sorting rules given with the material designation in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after removing any product residues. The dispensing part and any plastic components should be separated and sorted according to their material, as indicated with the product. Before recycling, we recommend rinsing the packaging so that no residues of oil formulations remain in it.
