Thanks to its high-quality design, it is ideal for artisanal and small-scale semi-professional production, where packaging stability, product protection and easy dosing are important. Green glass naturally contributes to the reduction of light penetration, which helps protect more sensitive components of formulations. Yes, the glass bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with an appropriate agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready for refilling.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution according to the type of previous contents (for example, warm water with a mild, non-aggressive cleanser). Then it is advisable to rinse the container several times with clean water, allow it to drain and dry. To ensure hygienic safety, the bottle must be disinfected with alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and only after it is completely dry should it be filled again.
If you decide not to reuse the container, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with local waste separation rules. The glass bottle must be emptied, any remaining contents should be removed as much as possible and the container placed in a bin designated for glass. The closure, which is made from a material other than glass (typically plastic or a plastic/metal combination), should be sorted separately according to local rules.
