Plastic bottle with black screw cap represents a universal and practical packaging suitable for filling various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the bottle is ideal for everyday use in cosmetic formulations, artisanal production as well as small-scale series production. The closure ensures reliable sealing, helping to protect the contents against leakage and external contamination.
The packaging is designed to be comfortable during filling, handling and dispensing. The smooth surface is well suited for labelling with labels and stickers, which facilitates the professional presentation of the finished product. The opaque design also helps protect more sensitive formulations from excessive light exposure during normal storage.
Bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Can I use this bottle repeatedly?
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol. For this purpose, we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
You offer many types of packaging – how can I find the right one for my product?
To help you navigate the wide range of packaging, there is an advanced filter available at the top of the page after you click on the relevant packaging category. Using it, you can easily filter products by neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these parameters, you can quickly select packaging that will best suit the properties of your formulation and the desired dispensing method.
How should I clean and disinfect the bottle properly before further use?
Before repeated use, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the packaging – thoroughly rinsing it with a suitable cleansing solution or warm water with a mild detergent, making sure to remove all residues of the previous filling. It is then appropriate to disinfect the packaging, for example using isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 %) or 96 % plant-based ethanol. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to drain and dry completely at room temperature. Only once it is completely dry is the bottle ready to be refilled.
Is this bottle suitable for travelling and transporting products?
The compact plastic packaging is also practical for travelling, transporting a smaller quantity of product or preparing travel-size packs. The screw cap helps minimise the risk of accidental opening during transport. Nevertheless, we recommend always checking the sealing of the filled bottle and placing it in a separate protective bag or pouch during transport, especially if the products are strongly aromatic or coloured.
How should I dispose of or recycle this packaging properly if I do not want to use it repeatedly?
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Before placing it in the appropriate container, it is advisable to empty the bottle and clean it as thoroughly as possible of product residues. The cap and the body of the packaging may be made of different materials, so it is important to follow the recycling symbols and the recommendations in the parameter table so that the packaging is correctly assigned to the appropriate recycling stream.
